2. Returns will only be accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take a reasonable amount of time to process.
4. Refunds will be issued after deduction of shipping charges or any given discounts.
5. Customer need to record unboxing video, if our team not Satisfied with reason, we demand this unboxing video.
6. Promotional, discounted, customized or bulk order items are non- refundable
7. If product missing in shipping customer need to gave his/her patience and required information to solve the matter from logistic vendor.
